 With carabiner facing the head and shoulder area, open loop and wrap around both ankles and cinch tight. |
 Wrap Hobble between ankles twice. |
 Wrap carabiner end of Hobble around handcuffs and bring back towards the ankles. |
 Clip carabiner to silver ring. |
 Optional Application for Large Subject (clip to handcuff chain if subject is too large to bring back to ring) |
 Spin carabiner dial to lock position. |
